Right before bed last night, I was able to capture Dylan's new skill on video!
Ahhh, this is such a huge accomplishment, it really is. And means just so much more, as it was not easily achievable for us. Dylan worked hard, and as it goes, once he was ready, he did it.
Dylan totally knows he should be proud, too. Every time he gets into sit now, his arms fly up in the air as he cheers for himself...
Love it!

LOVE IT! I also love how Cassidy "sits up" all by herself :) How cute that when Dylan sat up he signed "yeah" for himself!!!! way to go dylan!!!

Great job Dylan! I am still cheering when Lindsey sits herself up. It is wierd when I see her sitting up on her own when I know I left her on her belly. Cassidy just tops it off with her big sister sit up. Gotta love the big sisters that need their time on camera. All you hard work paid off!
Hooray for Dylan! Oh Laurie, this is so wonderful! I had tears in my eyes as I was watching this, so happy for this achievement (knowing how hard Dylan has been working to do this). It's such an overwhelming burst of joy to see what our kiddos are capable of doing and all the possibilities that await them! And a wonderful big sister right by his side...*sigh*....big things come to those who wait!!

Nate still claps when he sits up. Now I can't get him to do any belly time at all- he just wants to sit up all the time!
